Job Description

Company Overview:
FMF Racing is the world leader in performance aftermarket exhaust for 2-stroke and 4-stroke off-road motorcycles. Established in 1973, FMF Racing has nearly vertical manufacturing at our factory located in north Long Beach-Rancho Dominguez.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a key individual to add to our management team to ensure efficient, high-quality, and safe production processes by managing operations, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing manufacturing workflow.
Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate manufacturing processes to ensure smooth, cost-effective, and high-quality production.
Core responsibilities include:
    Production Oversight :
    Monitor and manage the daily production flow through equipment, processes, and labor to maintain efficiency, quality, accuracy, and safety in production.
      Resource Allocation:
      Identify the needs and deficiencies with machinery, materials, and labor.
        Process Improvement:
        Research, develop, and implement new processes, equipment, and products to provide decision-making information through observation and analysis for improving output, reducing waste, saving time, and lowering cost.
        • Quality Control /
        Quality Assurance:
        Implement and proactively engage to improve production output and consistency. Prepare measurable analytics for reporting.
          Resource Management:
          Research, develop and implement solutions to remedy production delays and inefficiencies.
            Collaboration:
            Engage with R D and Engineering for the roll out of new products, processes, materials, and machinery.
              Safety Compliance:
              Ensure manufacturing processes, equipment and products comply with current safety regulations and legal requirements.
              Required Qualifications:
              • Minimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
              • Experience in analyzing processes and production flow with respect to resources and labor.
              • Ability to recognize, assess and remedy problems on-the-fly.
              • Proficient in Office 365, working knowledge of Windows.
              • Communication skills with various levels of staffing with professional and amicable demeanor.
              Preferred Qualifications:
              • Solid metal fabrication experience.
              • Experience in machining, stamping, tube bending, welding, robotics are all highly favored.
              • Experience with ERP software for managing work order routers within work centers.
              • Having a self-starter, can-do attitude.
              • Bilingual, English and Spanish.
              Schedule:
              6:00am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday,
              • overtime 2:30-4:30pm when required
              Job Type:
              Full-time Pay:
              $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
