Production Supervisor Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Worker with 3-5 years of fabrication experience to join our Swing Shift team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating Timesaver equipment , deburring, bending/forming sheet metal, and performing general metal shop fabrication duties. This position requires the ability to read blueprints, maintain quality standards, and work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate Timesaver machines to finish, sand, and prepare sheet metal components. Perform deburring operations using hand tools, grinders, and other finishing equipment. Set up and operate press brakes and bending equipment to form sheet metal parts according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions. Inspect finished parts using calipers, tape measures, and other precision measuring tools. Perform miscellaneous fabrication duties including cutting, drilling, grinding, assembly, and material handling. Ensure all products meet quality standards and customer requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Assist in other production and fabrication activities as needed. Qualifications 3-5 years of sheet metal fabrication experience. Experience with Timesaver , deburring, and press brake operations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong understanding of fabrication processes and quality standards. Experience using measuring and inspection tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel. Welding, assembly, or metal finishing experience. Forklift certification or experience. Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and metal dust.

Schedule Swing Shift:

Monday - Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production needs.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly wage based on experience and qualifications, plus shift differential if applicable.

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
