Full Job Description Shifts:

We are looking for people interested in the following shifts/hours: Monday through

Wednesday:

20-25 hours per week Wednesday through

Friday:

20-25 hours per week Shifts are anywhere from 4 to 8 hours long, starting at 6AM. Who we're looking for: Ideal candidates will have a passion for cannabis and experience in industries that require extreme precision such as: manufacturing, food production, pharmaceutical production, kitchen line cook, bakery kitchen or laboratory environments. Employees will be responsible for handling and processing cannabis flower with the primary goal to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and consistency. Candidates with manufacturing and/or kitchen experience preferred!

Example Responsibilities:

Operate machines and equipment to perform production tasks according to standard operating procedures. Precise weighing, scaling and measuring of products and ingredients. Work with speed, accuracy and efficiency to meet production goals at your assigned station. Follow good manufacturing and safety policies exactly. Assemble and inspect products to ensure compliance with quality standards Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to company safety policies and procedures Monitor and adjust machine settings to optimize production efficiency and product quality Report any equipment malfunctions, damages, or other issues to the supervisor promptly Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and safety Processing cannabis flower including hand trimming, operating processing machinery and equipment and hand rolling with precision.

Qualifications:

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Strong work ethic and team player mentality Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible for employment in the cannabis industry Previous experience working with cannabis flower a plus Knowledge of different cannabis strains and their effects preferred

Physical Requirements:

Manufacturing and Flower Processing employees must be able to: Lift, push or pull up to 75lbs Stand for prolonged periods of time Sit for prolonged periods of time Bend, kneel, squat and twist Reach with hands and arms Perform repetitive motions with hands and wrists: Manual dexterity and fine motor skills required for hand processing flower products. Must not have any chemical allergies: Work areas may contain adhesives, solvents, and chemical processes.

Must not have scent allergies:

work areas may contain ingredients that omit strong scents. Specific vision requirements include close vision and color vision. Must be willing and able to conform to cleanroom practices with regard to apparel and personal hygiene. Lab coats, hair nets, closed toed shoes required and frequent hand washing required.
