We are seeking an eager, outgoing Post Production Assistant to join a long-running, Emmy Award-winning game show. This is an entry-level position, so we are looking for someone who is excited to be a part of an experienced team, learn about the full process, and discover how best to contribute with their unique talents. Our offices are located in Culver City, CA, and applicants must be available to work fully in person.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep the office running smoothly: stocking supplies, submitting maintenance requests, and running errands as needed.
• Help organize, create, and update department documents and trackers.
• Assist with series deliverables such as music cue sheets & bible sheets.

Requirements:

• Extremely well organized.
• Detail-oriented.
• Team player.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with G Suite & Microsoft 365.
• General understanding of the post production process.
• Desire to learn and take on new challenges.
• A degree in film & television or communications, or comparable work experience is helpful.
