Job Description
Job Overview We are looking for an organized and proactive Production Assistant to support our Production Manager across various phases of operations in Fremont, CA. This role is essential for keeping our manufacturing schedules on track and maintaining smooth workflow efficiency. Compensation & Schedule
Hourly Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hourPosition Type:
Open to both Part-Time and Full-Time candidatesLocation:
Fremont, CA (On-site) Key Responsibilities- Assist the Production Manager in tracking, scheduling, and monitoring daily manufacturing workflows.
- Coordinate the movement of production materials and assembly kits to the appropriate stations.
- Help maintain accurate documentation, build schedules, and inventory records.
- Communicate across assembly, testing, and quality teams to help resolve line bottlenecks. Qualifications
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and clear verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience or general familiarity with PCBA and electronics manufacturing is a major plus.
- Basic proficiency with computer spreadsheets or inventory software.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment under direct management.
