Production Team Lead iStaffing inc - 3.0 Fullerton, CA Job Details Full-time $20 - $22 an hour 4 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Qualifications Spanish Manufacturing management Shift management Manufacturing facility Organizational skills Assembly line Full Job Description Overview We are seeking a reliable and proactive Seasonal Production Team Lead to support daily operations on the production floor. This temporary role will run through late December or early January , supporting peak‑season demand. The ideal candidate is organized, confident in leading small groups, and able to maintain a smooth workflow in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Shift:
5:30 AM Start - Monday-Friday (Some Saturdays Required)
Industry:
Manufacturing Key Responsibilities Shift Start & Floor Coordination Report at 5:30 AM and assist upper management in preparing the facility for shift start. Oversee the designated area assigned by the onsite supervisor to ensure a smooth and timely launch of operations. If assigned to a timeclock , ensure all punches are recorded; document names and times for any technical issues. If assigned to the restroom area , ensure associates wait until production headcounts are completed. Compliance, Safety & Documentation Complete daily roster logs accurately to avoid discrepancies in headcounts or reporting. Ensure all associates on your assigned lines follow GMP requirements at all times. Respond to first aid needs on your lines and assist Safety with injury reporting and risk assessments. Monitor the production floor for potential health concerns (e.g., dehydration) and escalate issues to management. Production Support Step into the production line when an associate steps away to maintain workflow and productivity. Communicate effectively with staff and leadership using walkie‑talkies. Report all concerns, irregularities, or operational issues to upper management promptly. Breaks, Attendance & Team Oversight Take breaks and lunches with your designated lines and ensure all associates return on time. Support attendance tracking and communicate any issues to leadership. Observe team performance and recommend associates for advancement or other roles when appropriate. End‑of‑Week Duties Distribute weekly checks to associates on your designated lines each Friday at the end of shift. Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or team leadership preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast‑paced environment. Comfortable enforcing policies, safety standards, and GMP requirements. Reliable, punctual, and able to work early mornings and occasional Saturdays. Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
