• and play an important role in supporting high-quality aerospace manufacturing.
• What You'll Do
• As a
• Production Operator
• , you'll work hands-on in a manufacturing environment supporting production and component processing.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

+ Assist with inspecting components to ensure they meet customer and production specifications. + Operate and train on part-washing lines and blasting equipment. + Assist with component processing activities, including weight counting, glass beading, and changing tank solutions. + Move parts between designated production areas as needed. + Prepare daily production reports and required production forms. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area through routine housekeeping. + Support fellow operators with processing and production activities. + Follow all company Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S), Quality, and operational policies. + Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to keep production moving safely and efficiently.

• Required Qualifications
• + High school diploma or GED preferred.

+ Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is a plus. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills. + Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift. + Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs. and pull up to 35 lbs. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. + Willingness to learn equipment and production processes. + Ability to follow safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies.
