Full Job Description Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Production Assistant with 3+ years of hands-on experience in fashion production. This role requires someone who understands the full production cycle and is capable of handling daily follow-ups, managing timelines, and coordinating with vendors, factories, and internal teams. You will work directly with the Production Manager to ensure that every step—from development to delivery—runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Production Manager in day-to-day production tasks Follow up with domestic and overseas vendors/factories on sample development, approvals, and bulk production Monitor production calendars to ensure deadlines are met Track POs, fabric/trim orders, and deliveries Organize and maintain production files, charts, and reports Communicate with design and sales teams to stay aligned on order details Conduct quality checks on incoming samples and production goods Help coordinate shipments and ensure all required documents are in order Proactively flag and resolve any issues or delays in production process Support additional tasks as needed to keep production on track

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in fashion production, preferably in wholesale or contemporary women's apparel Strong understanding of the full production cycle, from development to delivery Excellent follow-up skills and time management Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and production tracking tools Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Must be dependable and responsible
