We are hiring a Production Worker with food manufacturing experience—ideally in dry blending, powdered foods, cereals, or protein products—to lead day-to-day operations on the production floor. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee production lines, manage warehouse activities, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-growing CPG environment. Responsibilities Supervise daily production runs for cereal protein shake products, including batching, blending, filling, sealing, and packaging. Work amongst production workers, providing guidance, training, and motivation to optimize performance and efficiency. Conduct regular inspections of machinery, equipment, and work areas to uphold quality standards and safety regulations. Collaborate with maintenance teams to address mechanical issues promptly and minimize downtime. Maintain accurate production records, logs, and reports to track output, efficiency, and quality metrics. Identify and correct food safety or quality issues immediately. Work under cleanliness, safety, and performance standards. Support process improvements as production scales, including workflow optimization and waste reduction. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in food or beverage manufacturing. Hands-on experience in a manufacturing or factory environment, with knowledge of assembly lines, packaging equipment, and production workflows. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with manufacturing safety procedures and equipment operation. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly with production documentation. Strong understanding of GMPs, sanitation, and food safety standards.

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 30.0 per week
