This position will be responsible for running production equipment, checking and manipulating digital files, and assisting our customers via telephone, email, and in person at our office with their print, promotional, and design projects. You will be expected to run our color and b/w digital presses and handle the finishing post-press in the shop. Assisting with setting up digital files to print, loading paper, printing and submitting files to vendors, dealing directly with customers, preparing estimates, and working on work orders. We are a cohesive team, and need another experienced candidate to also help with digital printing, light bindery, and any other tasks needed to ensure we continue to delight our customers. We are PC based, using Adobe design software. You will provide exemplary customer service, build relationships, and use consultative selling when working with customers. Requirements:

Production Experience is required Knowledge of cutting and finishing is required Experience with Graphic Design (Adobe Cloud) Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Excellent time-management skills. You should be able to juggle multiple tasks and aggressive daily deadlines with minimal supervision and extraordinary attention to detail. Work independently and as part of a team from concept to completion. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook). Professional Appearance and Attitude.
