What You'll Do:

Accurately perform sizing, trimming, and shell cutting to produce high-quality products. Conduct thorough inspections of materials, identifying and addressing defects to uphold strict quality standards. Safely operate manufacturing machinery in compliance with all safety and sanitation protocols. Utilize precise measurement tools such as Pi tapes and calipers to ensure accuracy. Handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds, employing proper safety techniques. Communicate effectively with team members to meet daily production goals. Qualifications We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED. At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred. Strong communication and reading skills. Proficiency with measurement tools such as Pi tapes and calipers. Ability to operate standard manufacturing, office, and warehouse equipment. Familiarity with MS Word and MS Excel is a plus. Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds comfortably. Willingness to work mandatory overtime when required.

Pay Details:
