Production Operator:

Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently. Use basic power tools and mechanical skills toplete daily tasks. Follow production processes and meet performance expectations. Work collaboratively with team members to maintain workflow. Maintain a clean andanized work area. Assist with general labor duties as needed.

What We're Looking For:

Strong attendance and reliability Experience in manufacturing, construction, carpentry, or other physical labor roles Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, Warm, hands‑on environment. Fast learner with patience and willingness to follow instructions. Basic power tool and mechanical abilities Basic Microsoft Office skills (preferred) Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Comfortable working with tools and machinery Ability to lift up to 50lbs, as needed. Pay Details:
