We're seeking a dependable Production/Manufacturing Associate who can also provide occasional support in other departments. Note:
This position will begin with a 3-month probationary period. During this time, performance and attendance will be closely reviewed to determine continued employment. Responsibilities Manufacture custom mouth guards with keen attention to detail and accuracy Operate light machinery/small hand tools and perform hands-on production tasks (pouring, thermoforming, trimming, etc.) Maintain an organized workflow and clean work environment Ensure consistent quality control throughout the day Qualifications Experience in a production role using light machinery and/or small hand tools (1 year minimum) Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment Comfortable with general (basic) computer use, email, using spreadsheets, etc Dental lab experience a plus (not required) Required Skills & Abilities Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills - must be good at intricate manual tasks Highly detail-oriented, accurate, and efficient Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive environment Quick learner with the ability to adapt to change Positive, collaborative attitude Familiarity with working toward daily/weekly production targets Physically able to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods This job is ideal for someone who is: Dependable & punctual: shows up to work on time, every day
