In this role, you will play a vital part in the assembly and production process, ensuring high-quality output while adhering to safety standards and process improvements. Your hands-on skills and mechanical knowledge will contribute to efficient manufacturing operations, supporting the creation of top-tier products in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an engaging opportunity to develop technical proficiency and contribute directly to the success of our manufacturing facility. Responsibilities Assemble components accurately using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments in accordance with technical drawings and production documents Operate forklifts and other manufacturing equipment safely to move materials within the facility Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure precise assembly and mechanical fitting Conduct manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting, to support production needs while following safety protocols Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to safety standards in production environments Assist in process improvement initiatives by suggesting efficiencies and participating in lean manufacturing practices Follow safety standards rigorously, including safety protocol adherence and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Experience Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred, with a solid understanding of assembly line operations Hands-on experience with measuring instruments, hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assembly techniques Familiarity with interpreting manufacturing documents, technical drawings, and production instructions Knowledge of safety standards in production environments and commitment to maintaining a safe workplace Experience managing or supporting production or assembly teams is a plus but not required Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Strong mechanical knowledge combined with technical proficiency to troubleshoot basic issues during assembly processes Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to quality, safety, and continuous improvement!
