Founded in 1937, we are known for building high-quality, made-to-order motors and maintaining a strong, hands-on work culture. We are currently hiring one Motor Winder . Candidates will be considered for the role that best matches their experience and skills. These are hands-on positions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. B)

Duties and Responsibilities General Duties:

Follow work instructions and complete assigned production tasks. Use hand tools and shop equipment safely. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Inspect work for quality and report issues as needed. Motor Winder (1 opening): 8. Wind motor coils using machines and hand tools. 9. Follow diagrams and instructions to complete windings. 10. Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met. C) Qualifications Manufacturing or production experience preferred. Ability to use basic tools and follow instructions. Willingness to wear required PPE, including a respirator (for painting role). Strong attention to detail and reliability. Ability to work on your feet EOE, including disability/vet

Pay:

$21.00 - $24.00 per hour
