You'll work directly in our stockroom receiving incoming material, keeping inventory counts accurate, and pulling the exact parts needed to fill factory orders — helping keep our production line stocked and our shipments moving on time. What You'll Do Receive incoming material and parts, checking them in against packing slips and purchase orders Stock, organize, and maintain accurate inventory levels throughout the stockroom Pull parts against factory order Bills of Materials (BOMs) to kit orders for production Participate in physical plant inventory and periodic cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies Stage, load, and assist in shipping completed motor units, coordinating with the shipping team on timing and accuracy Operate a forklift to move and stock materials safely Take on additional stockroom or material-handling tasks as assigned by the Material Supervisor What We're Looking For Prior experience in a stockroom, warehouse, or inventory control environment preferred Computer skills for entering and tracking inventory data (ERP/inventory software experience a plus) Current or willing to obtain forklift operation certification Strong basic math skills with a high standard for accuracy — you'll be counting, measuring, and reconciling stock regularly Clear, effective communication with the Material Lead, Supervisor, and production team Ability to lift and move material and stand/walk for extended periods in a warehouse setting Why Join Reuland Electric Be part of a hands-on manufacturing team where accuracy and teamwork keep production moving.
