Join our Team | Entry Level | PPE Provided | Overtime Available As a(n) Production Worker - Operator you will: Apply color using brushes and sprayers Pack, stack, and sort roofing materials and finished products Inspect roof tiles to identify defects and ensure quality standards Safely handle racks, pallets, and materials throughout the production process Operate within various production formats (Flats/CRN/VST/DQ as applicable) Follow all PPE requirements and site safety guidelines Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations Perform general production duties and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor Day to

Day Responsibilities:

Perform line production tasks including packing, stacking, and sorting Maintain consistent quality standards while working in a fast-paced environment Rotate between workstations and follow team rotation schedules Safely operate tools and equipment (training provided as needed) Maintain a clean and organized work area This is a full-time opportunity.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday overtime

Shifts:

5:00 AM - 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (rotating) Pay Rate is $20/hr The ideal candidate will have:
