General Production Worker Job Description Join our dynamic team as a General Production Worker in a plastic molding environment. You will operate machinery, assemble molds, and palletize products while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Responsibilities Operate machinery and assemble a variety of molds. Inspect products for surface defects and flaws. Package and palletize products efficiently. Maintain productivity while adhering to safety guidelines. Use minor hand tools for product handling. Stand, bend, and stoop for prolonged periods. Document quantities placed on pallets. Essential Skills Experience in general labor and production. Proficiency in machine operation and packaging. Ability to perform inspections and packing. Familiarity with using a tape measure. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in manufacturing and plastic molding. Knowledge of general production and labor processes. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a warehouse setting that can vary in temperature, occasionally warm or cold. The environment may have a slight smell due to the heating of plastics. The role requires working from 04:00 pm to 12:30 am. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Long Beach, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
