Production Assistant

We are hiring experienced Event Production Assistants (PA's) to support a multi-day event in Long Beach, CA.
This is a fast-paced, high-energy environment, and we're looking for individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting a live event from start to finish. Key Responsibilities
Assist with event setup and breakdown
Provide general production support throughout the event
Support registration and attendee experience as needed
Help with wayfinding and crowd flow
Execute run-of-show tasks and assist the production team with real-time needs Requirements
Prior event experience preferred (production, brand activations, conferences, etc.)
Professional, polished, and personable demeanor
Comfortable working long hours on your feet
Ability to take direction and adapt quickly in a live event environment
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
