Production Assistant

Unscripted Reality Game Show
Assist producers, crew, and talent during production
Perform regular production assistant tasks including runs, pickups, releases, crafty support, set organization, and general crew assistance
Drive production vans, cube trucks, and other large production vehicles safely and confidently
Support overnight and location operations, including fire watch duties when required
Help maintain production equipment and supplies
Coordinate errands and logistics in a fast-paced environment
Maintain professionalism and discretion on set and in the field
Requirements
Must be 25 years or older
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Comfortable driving large vehicles and production trucks
Prior experience in television, film, or unscripted production preferred
Able to lift and move production equipment
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and travel if needed
Strong communication skills and ability to multitask under pressure
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with field shoots and location production
Knowledge of set safety procedures and fire watch responsibilities
Familiarity with production paperwork and release handling
