is a Better Missy brand based in Los Angeles, California. We are looking for a production assistant to support our growing team, intro experience on fashion field as a plus. Responsibilities Communicate daily between overseas factory and client's design/technical teams Process instructions from designers and clients to the factory, evaluating samples and specs Tracking submits such as photos, SMS, Fit/PP/TOP samples, lab dips, and trims for production approvals Attend fittings, take notes, and communicate to the factory Weekly production status chart update to clients Weekly meetings with the internal team to recap all outstanding matters sample drop off and pick up to/from buyer's office Assist and prepare inbound and outbound UPS packages as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a fashion-related field or equivalent experience a plus Must be detail-oriented, extremely organized, problem solver and self-motivated Must be hard working and punctual Excellent verbal and written communication skills Computer literate (Microsoft outlook, word, excel)
