This role is for someone who knows what they're doing and can step in and start sewing immediately. You must be experienced working with heavy materials like canvas and leather. This is not a training role. Responsibilities Operate industrial sewing machines to construct canvas and leather bags Work efficiently with heavy-duty materials, maintaining clean and consistent stitching Follow production guidelines and meet daily output goals Inspect finished pieces to ensure quality and durability Maintain a clean and organized workspace Work alongside the team to keep production moving smoothly Follow all safety and shop protocols Requirements / Skills Hands-on experience sewing leather and/or heavy canvas (required) Comfortable using industrial sewing machines Ability to jump in and work Strong attention to detail and consistency in stitching Ability to work quickly in a production environment Reliable and punctual, able to commit to the full week This is a fast-moving production role. We are looking for someone who can come in, get to work, and deliver solid results from day one.
