We are partnering with a growing manufacturing company in the Monterey Park area that is looking for reliable and detail-oriented Production Associates/Packers to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for long-term work in a clean, organized production environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Pack and label finished products according to company specifications Assemble and prepare products for shipment Inspect products for quality and accuracy Follow production instructions, work orders, and standard operating procedures Operate basic production equipment and tools as needed Count and organize materials and finished products Maintain a clean and organized work area Meet daily production and quality goals Follow all safety and company procedures Perform other general production duties as assigned

Qualifications:

1-2 years of Previous production, packing, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred : pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food manufacturing environments Strong attention to detail, follow PPE, SOP and GMP guidelines Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Must be willing to train on 1st shift (6:00 AM-2:30 PM) for 1-2 weeks before transitioning to 2nd shift #
