This is a hands-on, entry-level role focused on tending equipment and keeping production stations loaded and running efficiently. No prior experience is required, and training will be provided onsite. In this role, you'll support daily production by loading and staging materials, resetting stations between cycles, and following established procedures to keep operations moving at a steady and consistent pace. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, and comfortable performing repetitive, routine tasks in a focused production environment. You're able to follow instructions carefully, maintain a professional workplace, and consistently adhere to safety procedures. As a Production Associate, you'll: Load, refill, and stage parts and materials at equipment stations to keep production runs moving. Reset stations and reload materials between production cycles. Follow standard procedures while maintaining a steady and consistent work pace. Keep production areas clean, organized, and ready for use. Report equipment jams, damaged parts, or other equipment issues to the onsite team. Reliable and punctual, with consistent daily attendance Comfortable performing repetitive and routine tasks Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to stand for a full shift and lift up to 35 lbs Ability to maintain professional and respectful conduct at all times, including when visitors are onsite Ability to maintain a quiet, focused work environment, including refraining from profanity and limiting personal phone use to breaks Dress Code and Safety Requirements Closed-toe, closed-heel shoes are required; sandals and slides are not permitted Tank tops and clothing with graphics or slogans that are inappropriate for a professional, customer-facing environment are not permitted Long hair must be secured when working at or near equipment Clothing must be properly fitted with no loose items that could become caught in equipment Safety glasses and any additional required PPE will be provided onsite
