Role Description The Manufacturing Associate role at Revance is a contract, on-site position based in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role is responsible for executing routine manufacturing operations in a regulated environment, including preparation of materials, setup and operation of equipment, and completion of production batches in accordance with established procedures. Day-to-day tasks include working within clean rooms, following Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, performing basic in-process checks, and documenting activities accurately in batch records and logs. The Manufacturing Associate collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to support production schedules, troubleshoot equipment or process issues, and maintain a safe, organized workspace. The role also involves assisting with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance in manufacturing operations. Qualifications Experience working in controlled environments and clean rooms, with a focus on maintaining aseptic and safety standards. Knowledge of manufacturing operations, including production processes, equipment handling, and basic troubleshooting. Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) principles and adherence to standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements. Skills in quality control, including performing checks, identifying deviations, and supporting corrective actions. Strong communication skills for clear documentation, effective collaboration with team members, and reporting issues to leadership. Ability to follow instructions precisely, manage time effectively, and work reliably in a fast-paced, on-site environment. Attention to detail, commitment to safety, and willingness to learn new processes and technologies. High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant technical training or experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device manufacturing is preferred.
