Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Manufacturing Production Operator to work on-site with our client, a top-tier sustainable food production company. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.

Responsibilities:

Adhere to all health and safety regulations (i.e. proper PPE usage and safe operating practices) Adhere to all GMPs (good manufacturing practices) and internal quality standards Perform safety checks on all equipment to ensure safe operating conditions, escalate any deviations as necessary Perform quality checks on all equipment to guarantee product meets specification, escalate any deviations as necessary Operate equipment to include: Perform machine setups (assembly, calibration etc.) Control and adjust the functions and settings of machines Troubleshoot minor machine stoppages Load materials Palletize finished goods Ensure regular, preventative maintenance procedures are completed Perform minor sanitation operations

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED Able to work in cold, refrigerated environment Able to lift up to 50 pounds Able to stand during duration of shift Able to use tools to perform repetitive actions during duration of shift Proficiency in English is required, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with team members and understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Preferred Qualifications:

Two years of experience working in production environment Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools Packaging good manufacturing experience Food manufacturing background We need hard-working, reliable employees.
