This role will operate in compliance with state regulations (METRC) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Key Responsibilities Packaging & Labeling:

Weighing, measuring, and packaging pre-rolls for final sale.

Production Assistance:

Assisting with the creation of products, such as grinding flower for pre-rolls or infusing products.

Compliance & Safety:

Adhering strictly to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintaining a clean, sanitized, and safe working environment.

Inventory Tracking:

Keep counts of units per batch to maintain accurate records of materials and finished goods.

Quality Control:

Conducting visual inspections to ensure products meet company quality standards.

Qualifications Age/Legal:

Must be 21 years of age or older and able to pass a background check.

Experience:

Previous experience in manufacturing, cannabis, or a fast-paced warehouse environment is often required.

Skills:

High attention to detail, ability to work in a team, and capability to follow strict, repetitive procedures.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, and regularly lift 25-50 lbs.

Work Environment & Compensation Hours:

Part time evening shift Monday - Thursday 3pm - 10pm

Salary:

Positions in Oakland generally pay between $18 and up depending on experience

Environment:

Production settings may involve working in environments with varying temperatures, and high pollen counts.
