Job Description
Love cooking? Want to be part of a team that fuels the Bay Area's best bars and cafes? Super Jugoso produces and delivers fresh syrups and juices to bars, restaurants, and cafes in the Bay Area and is looking for a Production Assistant/Utility Cook to join our team.
Daily recipe prep and executionKitchen setup, stocking, and organizationAccurately maintain food-safety and sanitation recordsDishwashing and general kitchen upkeepAssisting with weekly ordering of ingredientsReceiving and proper food storagePacking and filling orders
Must be 18+ and have a valid Food Handler's Card (or able to get one)Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directionsComfortable lifting 30 50 lbs repeatedlyAble to read recipes written in English and work independently

What We're Looking For:
Previous kitchen or food production experience is a plus, but not required we'll train the right person. Formal culinary training isn't required.Must be 18+ and have a valid Food Handler's Card (or able to get one)Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directionsComfortable lifting 30 50 lbs repeatedlyAble to read recipes written in English and work independently
