The Job:

Work with real, fresh ingredients no shortcuts, no processed stuff. Be part of a small, collaborative team where your work directly impacts local restaurants and bars.

Daily recipe prep and executionKitchen setup, stocking, and organizationAccurately maintain food-safety and sanitation recordsDishwashing and general kitchen upkeepAssisting with weekly ordering of ingredientsReceiving and proper food storagePacking and filling orders

What We're Looking For:

Previous kitchen or food production experience is a plus, but not required we'll train the right person. Formal culinary training isn't required.

Must be 18+ and have a valid Food Handler's Card (or able to get one)Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directionsComfortable lifting 30 50 lbs repeatedlyAble to read recipes written in English and work independently
