Dishwasher/Production Associates are responsible for the management of all activities necessary for cleaning and sanitizing the production facility on a daily basis, while ensuring that all duties are performed in accordance with: SSOP (Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures), HACCP (Hazardous Analysis Critical Control Points), FDA (Food & Drug Administration), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Our Ideal candidate(s) must: Be self-motivated individuals who can see the next steps and work well with minimal supervision Have experience working in a fast paced environment Be willing to work as part of a team Have a good working knowledge of kitchen sanitary practices Be able to lift up to 50lbs Possess a good attitude Efficient organization and time management skills Be well groomed, punctual, and trustworthy Prior residential or commercial cleaning experience is a plus Excellent communication (written & verbal) in English required, Spanish a plus We have an amazing, fun team that works well together. Shift:

Sunday - Thursday or Monday - Friday Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Perform sanitation duties as required by the company Disassemble, clean, sanitize and reassemble processing equipment as required Properly record information relating to cleaning tasks Clean and sanitize production equipment Adhere to all SOPs and safety procedures, as provided Uphold and advance our quality standards Accurately complete all checklists

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Knowledge of various chemicals used in the sanitation process Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, regulations and procedure manuals Comply with all safety policies, procedures and rules Use all proper safety equipment Comply with all GMP's and Food Safety Programs by adhering to guidelines established by the company Please note that this position requires physical stamina as it involves standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects. The ability to work in a hot and noisy environment is also necessary.
