Aerospace Production Associate Ontario, CA Pay Rate:
$18.00•$22.00 per hour (Depending on experience)
Shift:
Monday•Friday | 6:00 AM•3:30 PM (Some weekend work may be necessary) Strong Work. Solid Pay. Respect Always. The Tools for the Trade High school diploma or GED required Manufacturing or production experience preferred (aerospace experience a plus) Ability to read basic blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Basic math and measurement skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Comfortable using hand tools and light industrial equipment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic The Pay and Perks You Deserve Solid weekly pay with direct deposit available Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Safe work facility that's got your back Employee discounts that stretch your check further Optional 401(k) for smart savers What You'll Do on the Line Cut, trim, and prepare insulation materials based on blueprints and work instructions Assist in the fabrication and assembly of aerospace insulation blankets and components Operate production equipment such as cutting tables, sewing machines, heat sealers, laminators, and bonding tools Measure materials accurately using basic precision tools (tape measures, rulers, gauges) Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and compliance with aerospace standards Package, label, and stage completed components for shipment Maintain clean and controlled work areas as required Follow all safety procedures, FAA guidelines, and AS9100 quality standards Report defects, equipment issues, and quality concerns to supervisors Support material handling, inventory, and production flow as needed "Great shifts and decent pay."•Staffmark Production Associate Join a Team That Works for You At Staffmark, we're more than just a staffing company—we're your career partner.
