Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dietary Supplement Factory Production Line Team Leader to oversee daily operations on the production line. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of manufacturing processes within a cleanroom environment. This role involves coordinating production activities, ensuring quality control, and maintaining compliance with cGMP and FDA regulations to deliver safe, high-quality dietary supplements. Duties Supervise and coordinate all activities on the production line, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols. Lead team members in packaging, assembly, materials handling, and sanitation procedures while fostering a positive work environment. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA regulations, and sanitation standards. Conduct quality control checks throughout manufacturing to identify and resolve issues promptly. Operate and oversee equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and machining tools safely and effectively. Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, materials usage, and quality inspections. Collaborate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure equipment operates at optimal levels. Enforce strict sanitation practices within cleanroom environments to prevent contamination and ensure product integrity. Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments with a focus on dietary supplement or pharmaceutical production. Mechanical knowledge related to machinery operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with cGMP standards, FDA regulations, and sanitation protocols within a cleanroom setting. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, machining tools, and packaging equipment. Strong understanding of materials handling, assembly processes, and quality control procedures. Basic math skills for inventory management and process calculations. Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate team members and manage workflow efficiently. Prior warehouse experience is preferred; certification in forklift operation is a plus.
