About the Role We are seeking a Production Operator to join our team at our Ontario, CA bakery. As a Production Operator, you will play a critical role in maintaining product quality and consistency by operating and monitoring divider equipment while ensuring all products meet company standards, safety requirements, and specifications.

00 Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing) Operate, set up, and monitor the Divider/V‑Mag to ensure consistent product quality Monitor dough consistency and communicate effectively with Mixer Operators and Forepersons Ensure products meet company standards, specifications, and food safety requirements Maintain proper product flow by removing doubles and aligning equipment with the proofer Complete accurate, legible production and quality documentation Identify and report food safety, quality, or equipment concerns to supervision Maintain a clean and organized work area and support overall line efficiency Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table) High school diploma or equivalent preferred Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing or a food production environment Ability to read, write, and complete clear, accurate, and legible documentation Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast‑paced production environment Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success) Prior experience operating divider or similar bakery production equipment Experience in food manufacturing environments Familiarity with food safety and quality standards Strong observational and problem‑solving skills Aspire Bakeries LLC values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization.
