This role works closely with the Urethane Pour Technician and supports production by cleaning, inspecting wheels, and assisting in Symbotic department operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting and priming by cleaning, sanding, masking, and applying appropriate treatments. Apply primer and paint coatings in accordance with specifications, ensuring consistent quality and finish. Inspect wheels and components for defects, damage, or non-conformance prior to and after coating. Perform cleaning of wheels and parts using appropriate tools, chemicals, and processes. Support Urethane Pour Technician with setup, preparation, and general assistance during production runs. Assist in Symbotic department functions as needed, including material handling, staging, and process support. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company safety standards. Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling of chemicals and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Accurately complete required documentation, production logs, and quality checklists. Identify and report quality issues, equipment malfunctions, or process deviations to supervision. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in painting, priming, coating, or similar manufacturing environment preferred. Basic understanding of surface preparation and finishing techniques. Ability to read and follow work instructions, specifications, and safety guidelines. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions. Ability to work with chemicals, fumes, and in varying temperatures (with proper PPE). Work Environment Manufacturing/production environment within the Urethane and Symbotic departments. Exposure to paint fumes, chemicals, and industrial equipment. Required use of PPE including respirators, gloves, and eye protection. Reporting Structure Reports directly to the Urethane Department Supervisor or Production Manager. Works closely with Urethane Pour Technician and cross-functional production teams. Additional Duties Perform other duties as assigned to support production and operational goals.Benefits:
