Job Summary As an entry level Pharmacy Production Clerk at AmeriPharma, you will be responsible for supporting production processes while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently. No prior experience is required for this role.
Schedule Details Location :
In-Person (Orange, CA)
Hours :
8 hour shift/40 hours a week within hours of operations: Monday - Friday 6:00am-6:00pm, Saturdays 7:00am-3:30pm
Duties and Responsibilities Supply Preparation:
Help prepare and organize supplies for orders, ensuring everything is accurately packed and labeled
Inventory Management:
Assist with keeping track of inventory levels, placing orders when needed, restocking shelves, and conducting regular inventory checks
Packaging & Shipping:
Package products for delivery, making sure each order is securely packed and labeled. Collaborate with delivery services for timely shipments
Team Support:
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow during busy periods
Other Duties:
Perform additional tasks as needed to support the team Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required

Capable of quickly grasping new tasks, tools, and systems, utilizing problem-solving skills to thrive in unfamiliar situations
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication to interact with team members and ensure clear communication on tasks Attention to
Detail:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accuracy
Technologically Adept:
Proficient in using email and common office applications with the ability to quickly learn new software tools
Dependability:
Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines
Team Player:
A collaborative attitude and willingness to assist the pharmacy team as needed Physical Requirements Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pound boxes of inventory with support from the stockroom to the pharmacy floor, up to 10 times per shift. Other requirements for the role include: Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift and carry objects up to 20 pounds Ability to bend, stoop, and reach for stocking, packaging, and inventory tasks Exposure to chemicals, dust, or other potential irritants.
