- + 2nd shift: 2:00 PM
- 10:30 PM + 3rd shift: 10:00 PM
- 6:30 AM (training on 1st or 2nd shift for the first month) +

- Key Responsibilities:
- + Operate, monitor, and maintain departmental equipment, ensuring smooth production flow + Conduct quality checks, perform preventative maintenance, and make minor repairs as needed + Accurately enter job data into the manufacturing tracking system + Read and interpret shop orders to verify completed operations, counts, and quality standards + Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment + Ensure panels meet quality standards before moving to subsequent stages + Support team efforts and cross-train in other areas to foster a collaborative workspace •
Qualifications:
- + High School Diploma or GED required + Minimum of 2 years' experience in printed circuit board manufacturing or a comparable industry + Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
, stand and walk for an extended shift, including on uneven surfaces
+ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to read blueprints and job specifications effectively
+ Proficient in basic computer skills for data entry
+ Good communication skills in English for safe and efficient operation
+ Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays as necessary
+ A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to cross-train
