We help creators, brands, and businesses turn artwork into real products through DTF transfers, apparel printing, and custom production. This is a production-driven environment. Output, quality, and problem-solving matter. Role We are hiring a Production Operator to support daily DTF Gang Sheet printing and pressing apparel workflow. This role is for someone who can move with urgency, follow instructions, stay consistent, and help keep production on track. What you'll do Support DTF sheets production workflow Press apparel accurately and consistently Prep garments and jobs for production Follow file and sizing instructions Keep work areas clean and organized Help maintain speed and output during busy days Support other production tasks as needed What we need DTF experience is preferred, but not required if you learn fast Heat press and other CMYK/full color printing experience is a plus Basic file awareness is helpful: PNGs, sizing, placement Reliable attendance Good attitude under pressure Able to stay focused and move with urgency Work environment Fast-paced production setting Standing, lifting, repetitive workflow Real expectations and hands-on work Important Every serious candidate must complete a paid trial shift before final hire.
