Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The Production Operator will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production processes, and ensuring that products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety and quality. Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure efficient production processes. Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery as needed to maintain optimal performance. Follow production schedules and instructions to meet daily production targets. Conduct quality checks on products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Maintain accurate production records, including quantities produced and any issues encountered. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery and work areas to ensure a safe and organized environment. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify areas for improvement in production processes. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Assist in training new employees on production processes and equipment operation. Be a member of a Natural HPT and actively engage during the team's TIB Meetings Qualifications Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in manufacturing or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. Familiarity with operating machinery and production equipment. Pay, Benefits, Work Schedule Competitive Compensation Pay Range:
