Job Description

Looking for a few assistants familiar with content making and live events. Must know how to take initiative and have car available for runs (mileage will be reimbursed). Must be professional as there will be Government and City officials on site. Duties include; Event Setup & Breakdown.
Maintain cleanliness of the venue, including trash management and post-event cleanup.
Help ensure all event elements run smoothly.
On-Site Support with vendors.
Serve as a friendly and professional point of contact for guests, vendors, and speakers.
Location is Palo Alto. Must be local.
