Patterson, CA Pay:
Starting at $20.00/hour (higher based on experience)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM Join the HPL Team! HPL is a California-based manufacturer of high-quality commercial furniture. We take pride in building products with precision, efficiency, and craftsmanship. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our production team on second shift. Whether you have manufacturing experience or are eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Assemble commercial furniture and components according to work instructions Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely Use hand and power tools to complete production tasks Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Package and prepare products for shipment Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Work with team members to meet daily production goals Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards Qualifications Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience is preferred Experience in a woodshop, cabinet shop, millwork, woodworking, or wood manufacturing environment is a strong plus Experience operating manufacturing equipment or woodworking machinery is beneficial Ability to use hand and power tools safely Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable standing and moving throughout an 8-hour shift Reliable transportation and strong attendance Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Starting pay beginning at $20/hour , with higher pay based on experience Full-time, steady work Opportunities for growth and advancement On-the-job training A team-oriented environment focused on quality craftsmanship If you're dependable, enjoy working with your hands, and take pride in building high-quality products, we'd love to hear from you.
