We are a small, family-owned business specializing in handcrafted herbal tinctures and teas for acupuncturists nationwide. You'll work across all facets of the production process. From receiving and grinding to extracting, bottling, and packaging, you will be central to every step in making finished products for the marketplace. We're looking for someone who is hardworking, mechanically inclined, self-directed, and naturally looks for ways to improve systems and workflow. For the right person, this position has the opportunity to grow into a Production Lead role. Responsibilities Perform daily manufacturing and production tasks according to SOPs. Operate commercial equipment (grinding, bottling, labeling, packaging). Maintain accurate batch records and production documentation. Keep production on schedule while maintaining quality standards. Troubleshoot minor equipment and production issues. Identify opportunities to improve workflow and efficiency. Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment. Follow all safety, sanitation, and quality procedures. Communicate effectively with team members regarding tasks and timelines. Skills and Abilities Prior hands-on experience in a commercial kitchen or manufacturing/production environment required. Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English. Ability to complete basic written production forms and reports in English. Comfortable with physical, hands-on work. Able to perform manual production work, including standing for extended periods, using ladders as needed, and regularly lifting and moving materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with production equipment. Self-directed, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to problem-solve with minimal supervision.
