Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Mill Operator to support daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-conscious, and committed to maintaining consistent production standards in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential to ensuring smooth workflow, reliable equipment performance, and the timely delivery of quality products. Duties The Mill Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient set up, inspection and operation of equipment/machinery utilized in the processing of products. Responsible for following standard operating procedures, including but not limited to, completing production related paperwork and meeting product specifications. Mill operators are responsible for keeping machines clean and do minor and routine maintenance to optimize output and efficiency and quality of the milling machines To frame and unframe pucks for use in milling machines Skills Familiarity with safety standards in manufacturing environments and strict adherence to safety protocols during all operations.
