Role Summary The Production Associate supports day-to-day manufacturing activities, learning plant operations, production processes, and efficiency practices.   • Monitor production lines and support supervisors with workflow coordination.
  • Assist with scheduling, material flow, and shift readiness.
  • Collect and analyze basic production data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to resolve production issues.
  • Prepare daily production reports and communicate updates to leadership.
  • Maintain compliance with safety and operational standards. Qualifications

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
