Our production assistant is an entry level training position learning the art of bath and body products using natural and organic ingredients that we sell in our store. This position is responsible for supporting our production team by labeling products, cutting soap, cleaning, preparing transfers and making simple products from a recipe. This position is also responsible for keeping the studio area clean and free of hazards. Additional responsibilities include preparing oils for soap making, making lotion bars, preparing products for sale, notifying buyer on any ingredients running low and assisting our lead soaper in production. The production assistant must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, be good at following a recipe, coachable, excellent time management, loves to clean, friendly, organized, reliable, hardworking, flexible and capable of working in a team environment. Must be 18 years or older, a high school graduate, be able to lift 50 lbs., Be able to stand for long periods, restaurant/bakery experience is a plus, proficient with Microsoft and google products.

Pay:

$17.50 - $18.50 per hour Expected hours: 18.0 - 24.0 per week
