- $25.00 per hour
Shift:
- 6:00pm - 6:30am, Saturday and Sunday (plus your choice of Monday or Friday)

- Position Summary
- The Production Operator - Shift 5 is responsible for safely operating and maintaining assigned manufacturing equipment (including PID, BM14, BM15, and Braiders) to produce high-quality products according to company standards.
This role involves monitoring machine performance, completing quality checks, troubleshooting minor issues, and maintaining accurate production documentation during weekend and optional weekday shifts.
- Key Responsibilities
- + Operate and monitor assigned production equipment (PID, BM14, BM15, Braiders) to ensure efficient and consistent output.
+ Conduct regular quality checks to meet production standards and document results as required. + Perform basic troubleshooting and adjust machinery to resolve issues and minimize downtime. + Complete production logs, material usage records, and other required documentation accurately. + Assist with set-ups, changeovers, and preventive maintenance tasks as needed. + Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a clean, organized work area. + Communicate equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors promptly. + Support team goals and assist coworkers as necessary to meet production targets.
- Skills & Qualifications
- + Previous experience operating manufacturing equipment or in a production role preferred.
+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, including safety and quality protocols. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. + Mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting skills. + Reliable, punctual, and able to work assigned weekend and weekday shifts. + Able to maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Work Environment
- + Work is performed in a fast-paced manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery and production noise.
+ Standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs) are required throughout the shift.
