Graphic Designer (Print Production Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a Graphic Designer (Print Production Specialist) with strong real-world experience preparing files for both digital and offset print production. This is not a beginner design position, we need someone who understands how artwork translates from screen to press and can confidently manage print ready production from concept to final output. Duties Design and prepare print-ready files for a wide range of projects for both digital and offset printing using industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CorelDRAW. Preflight customer files for print accuracy. Troubleshoot file issues before production. Prepare files for print production by ensuring proper resolution, bleed settings, and color accuracy; troubleshoot issues related to color management and file compatibility. Communicate with production team and vendors on design specifications. Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Maintain organized archives of design and production files. Skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CorelDRAW. Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy. Experience with print production workflows. Knowledge of digital art creation including photo manipulation and photo editing techniques. Familiarity with CMYK color builds, spot/pantone color matching, press sheet layouts, folding and pagination setup. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Experience with wide format and signage a plus.
