We make high-quality printed products for customers across the country, with a smaller environmental footprint than the rest of the industry. Our floor moves fast and takes pride in getting orders out right and on time. About the role We're hiring a Lead Handworker to do detailed hand-finishing work and help guide a small team that does the same. This is a hands-on role first: you'll be doing the work alongside the crew, setting the pace and the quality standard, while also helping keep the team organized and on track. When things are slower in finishing, you may cross over to support our packaging team, so flexibility is a plus. What you'll do Perform detailed hand-finishing tasks with speed and accuracy. Set the quality and pace standard for the handwork team by example. Help organize the team's work, answer questions, and keep jobs moving. Train and support newer team members. Step in to support packaging when needed. What we're looking for Strong attention to detail and fast, accurate hands. Experience leading or coordinating a small team, or clear readiness to step into that role. Hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment (manufacturing, finishing, packaging, assembly, or similar). Able to communicate clearly in English, since this role coordinates the team and may move into packaging. Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with repetitive, physical work. Local to the Point Richmond / Richmond / East Bay area.
