In this energetic role, you will support the assembly, quality control, and overall operation of our manufacturing facility. Your hands-on contribution will help ensure efficient production flow, adherence to safety standards, and continuous process improvement. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop technical skills and grow within a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence and safety. Duties Operate forklifts and other power tools safely to move materials and finished products throughout the facility Use measuring instruments and interpret technical drawings to ensure precise assembly and quality standards Assist with mechanical assembly tasks, including manual handling of heavy components and using hand tools for detailed work Follow manufacturing documentation accurately to track production progress and maintain compliance with quality protocols Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions in line with lean manufacturing principles Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to strict safety standards in production areas Collaborate with team members on the assembly line, managing tasks efficiently to meet production targets while ensuring safety protocol adherence Experience Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with production environments Hands-on experience with warehouse operations, including managing inventory and using warehouse management systems Proficiency in operating forklifts, power tools, and measuring instruments is essential Knowledge of mechanical assembly processes, interpreting technical drawings, and using hand tools effectively Experience in managing or supporting production or assembly teams is advantageous Understanding of safety standards in manufacturing environments, including lean manufacturing practices and process improvement methodologies Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks confidently while maintaining attention to detail This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a thriving manufacturing operation.
