PM Pay Rate:

$19.00 per hour Essential Duties & Responsibilities Support and assist with equipment setup and manufacturing line startup activities. Assist in the cooking, dosing, depositing, and post-processing of gummy products. Complete batch records, logbooks, and production documentation accurately and on time. Inspect products to ensure consistency in texture, shape, color, and flavor. Monitor and control production process parameters to ensure products meet specifications. Support large-scale manufacturing of gummy and nutraceutical products. Perform quality control checks throughout the production process. Maintain inventory awareness and ensure raw materials are available for production. Load and replenish raw ingredients into hoppers, mix tanks, and production equipment. Perform pre-weighing, batching, curing, and bulk packaging activities. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), cGMP guidelines, and all safety requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Qualifications Manufacturing, packaging, production, or warehouse experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
