Responsibilities Operate a variety of manufacturing equipment i Set up and calibrate machinery using technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) files to ensure precise operation. Program and troubleshoot CNC machines utilizing CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software and Fanuc controls for optimal performance. Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other gauges to verify dimensional accuracy. Perform routine maintenance on machinery and tools to prevent downtime and ensure safety standards are met. Handle materials efficiently within the warehouse or production floor, including materials handling with forklifts when necessary. Read blueprints and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) specifications for accurate fabrication and assembly. Assist in tooling changes, fabrication tasks, and assembly line operations as needed to meet production deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Experience Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience operating machining equipment such as CNC mills, CNC lathes, stamping presses, or similar machinery. Hands-on knowledge of CNC programming languages (G-code), CAM programming, and troubleshooting Fanuc or other automation controls. Familiarity with blueprint reading, GD&T standards, and mechanical drawings for precise fabrication. Experience with welding, fabrication techniques, tooling setup, and assembly processes is preferred. Skilled in the use of hand tools, precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers), and basic math skills required for quality control. Previous warehouse or materials handling experience involving forklift operation is advantageous. Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows including packaging, materials management, and quality assurance practices. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
