What You'll Do Operate die press equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure exceptional quality. Monitor production output and communicate progress with supervisors. Access and track production information through our ERP system. Support inventory accuracy through cycle counting and material verification. Maintain an organized and efficient work environment. Contribute ideas that improve quality, productivity, and workflow. Partner with teammates to achieve production goals and deliver outstanding results for our customers.

Preferred Experience Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience. Forklift operation experience. Inventory control or cycle counting experience. Education & Experience High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. 0-3 years of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience. Comfortable using computers, tablets, and digital production systems. Ability to learn ERP, inventory, and production tracking software. Basic mechanical aptitude and interest in manufacturing technology. Experience reading work orders, specifications, and production documentation. Familiarity with quality inspections and measurement tools is a plus. Forklift certification required Lean Manufacturing, 6S or inventory control experience preferred. Physical Requirements Frequentlylift upto 25 lbs. Occasionally lift 25+ lbs. Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and work within a warehouse environment Ability to stand and move throughout the shift What We Offer This role offers competitive annual compensation aligned with experience and scope, including base salary typically ranging from $26.00 to $28.00 per hour.
